Submit a new support ticket and let us know that you would like to return your Chromebook.


In this ticket, please include the following information: 

  • Your full name
  • NUID#
  • Your current mailing address
  • The day that works best for you to drop your Chromebook off at the Post Office (specific date)
    • *Note #1 Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your shipment label (do not request a label for the same day that you are submitting the ticket) 
    • Note #2: USPS policy only allows pre-paid shipment labels to be purchased within four days of the shipment date.


Once we have this information, we will send you a prepaid USPS shipment label for you to affix to the box that your Chromebook was originally shipped in. Please watch the entire video below to ensure you follow the correct procedure.
